Terms of Service

These terms describe use of Semper Cue, operated by the individual creator known as Tired Marine, trading as Semper Cue. Contact [email protected].

Your account and content

You are responsible for protecting your account and for content and destinations you authorize. Only upload content you own or have permission to publish, including its music, images and other material. You retain your rights in your content and authorize the processing needed to provide the features you use.

Connected platforms

Connecting an account authorizes the permissions displayed by the platform. Review the destination, video, caption, privacy and other publishing choices before approving a delivery. Use of connected platforms remains subject to their terms, including YouTube Terms of Service. Access depends on platform approval, account eligibility, quotas and availability; Semper Cue cannot guarantee that a platform accepts or publishes a delivery.

Local editing and schedules

Local editing and manual upload packages are available independently of official account connections. Scheduled deliveries require Semper Cue to remain running on an awake PC with network access. Missed schedules return for review. Keep your own copies of important media. Deleting local content or disconnecting a platform does not remove posts already published there.

Responsible use

Do not use Semper Cue to infringe others' rights, evade platform limits, gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the service. We may suspend hosted connections when needed to protect accounts or respond to abuse. You may stop using the service and disconnect accounts at any time.

Beta software and changes

Semper Cue is beta software. Features may change and errors may occur. We will describe material changes to these terms with an updated effective date before they apply. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
