What to include

• The Semper Cue version shown in the desktop app or installer file.
• The platform involved: TikTok LIVE, Twitch, OBS, Streamer.bot, Meld, Voicemod, audio, feeds, overlays, or goals.
• Whether Semper Cue showed connected, reconnecting, disconnected, degraded, cooldown, or reauthorization state.
• Whether the issue happened live, in a test action, in a feed pop-out, or during setup.

Bug reports

The desktop app includes a bug report export path for tester diagnostics. Review any exported report before sending it through the support channel.

For Twitch connection issues, include whether Semper Cue says Twitch is signed in, needs approval, disconnected, rate-limited, or missing a scope upgrade.

For account or cloud issues, include whether the email is verified, which sign-in provider is shown, and the backup/restore error text. Never email passwords, verification links, reset links, OAuth tokens, or platform session cookies.
