Why Semper Cue requests Google account data: optional Google sign-in requests only your name, verified email address, and profile image. Semper Cue uses them to create and display your Semper Cue Profile and protect your manual cloud backups; it does not read Gmail, Drive, or other Google services, and Google tokens are not stored.

Local-first by design

The desktop app is the source of truth.

Semper Cue runs on the streamer's Windows PC. Stream profiles, automations, sounds, media references, account tokens, local logs, and databases are not moved to the website as part of this showcase.

Google sign-in: authentication opens in the system browser and uses the account's stable Google identity, verified email, display name, and profile image. Google access and ID tokens are not stored.

Manual cloud backup: signed-in creators choose when to create or restore a Semper Cue Cloud backup. Streaming-platform credentials and machine-only data stay out of those backups.

Account service: app.sempercue.com hosts the public Semper Cue account API and private per-account backup storage.
